L.A. Symphony

The soul influenced hip-hop of L.A. Symphony has made them an industry buzz band for the last five years. The group released an independent debut in 1999 that caught the ear of label executives at Squint Records. Unfortunately, after completing an album that included collaborations with all-star guest producers (like will.i.am. of the Black Eyed Peas) internal issue at the label prevented it from ever being released. In 2002 L.A. Symphony resurfaced with release of The Baloney E.P. The five-piece group took to the road to support their new music and even had a feature spot on the Vans Warped Tour. Their latest release, The End is Now, has gained critical and commercial support for its blends of laid back beats and thought provoking lyrics.
