This album should be called the voyage of delegate, these tracks are epic. Whether it leaves you in the middle of the deep deep ocean, or lost somewhere in space, where ever it is it gives you the sense of being far away and you like it. This album definitely grooves! Not in a funky 70's kind of way, but in a cool cruising in your ride on a starry night kind of way. The other thing that really stands out on this album is its layering. Delegate layered this album like a nicely tiered wedding cake. This is an art that few bands can really understand. . I am very impressed with their orchestration. The way they build the feel almost massages you into rock and roll glory. With solid vocals and strong melodies this Richmond, VA based brit pop band will leave you thinking that Chris Martin and Paul Mcartney worked on the album…. But they didn't!!
